Introduced as the industry's first rate-agile adaptive clock and data recovery IC, the VSC8123 is designed for use in broadband applications with continuous frequency coverage from 10 Mb/s to 2.7 Gb/s. In addition to frequency acquisition, the device will also dynamically and automatically modify its acquisition point in both voltage and phase, enabling the device to acquire data in the presence of significant symmetry distortion. The VSC8123 is packaged in an industry-standard, 80-pin, 14-mm, thermally enhanced PQFP. Pricing is $165 each/1000.
