Geared for mid- to high-temperature applications, the Gap Pad 2500 filler material features a thermal conductivity of 2.7 W/mK, said to yield a very low thermal resistance. The material exhibits a natural tack that adheres reliably and eliminates the need for additional adhesive coatings. Special resins are employed that makes the material easy to pull from the liner and place on the target. A wide range of shapes and sizes are available measuring from 20- to 125-mil thick. Target applications include game stations, storage devices, graphics-card processors, and automotive powertrain controls. Price for 1" x 1" x 0.2" pieces is $0.58 each/5,000.
