Designed for 10-Gb Ethernet applications, the SM7745DV 156.25-MHz and 161.1328-MHz osillators sport a jitter specification of 0.15 psRMS from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. Over a temperature range from 0¡C to 70¡C, they exhibit a standard frequency stability of ±50 ppm, with a tighter ±25 ppm available as an option. Input voltage for both devices is 3.3V ±5%, with 2.5V also available. Typical rise and fall times are 1.5 ns, and again faster times can be requested.
