Molded from a blend of light gray ABS and polycarbonate plastics, these gasketed enclosures are designed to withstand wet, dirty and/or corrosive environments. Targeted for use in factory automation systems, industrial controls, and other applications where electronic/electrical equipment must be sheltered from their environs, the non-metallic enclosures meet: UL 508 Type 1, 2, 4, 4X indoor, 12, 13 requirements; NEMA Type 1, 2, 4, 4X, 12, 13 specs; and IEC 529, IP 66 standards.Most styles are available in multiple sizes and a choice of solid gray or clear polycarbonate doors. And the enclosures can be ordered with air and moisture vents, wall mounting bracket kits, hinged panel bracket kits, inner panels, and a locking hasp kit.
