OCXOs Come In Low-Profile SMT Package

Available with frequencies from 10 to 25 MHz, Model OCXO-6000 OCXOs are said to provide exceptionally low aging rates and temperature stabilities in a package with dimensions of 1" x 1" x 0.5". The oscillators offer an aging rate of 1 x 10-7/year with temperature stabilities from ±3 x 10-8 over a 0°C to 70°C operating temperature range. The OCXOs operate from a 5V supply at 125 mA and have a phase noise spec at 100 Hz of -135 dBc/Hz.
