A new voltage controlled temperature compensated crystal oscillator is suitable for use with frequencies from 1.5 to 312.0 MHz. The FOX783 VCTCXO is useful for telecommunications, base station, avionics, satellite, and military applications as well as for test equipment. Standard frequency stability of the part is ±2.5 PPM over the operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C, and frequency tolerance is ±5.0 PPM, with tighter tolerances to ±1.0 PPM available upon request.
