With less than 1 ps phase jitter, the VFAC570 Series crystal oscillator is available with frequencies up to 200 MHz. The device is intended for very high-speed circuit technologies such as Gigabit Ethernet, ATM, SONET and Fibre Channel, networking, switching and backplane applications where low phase jitter clock source is critical. The standard 125-MHz hybrid design can operate from 3.3V or 5V and is ACMOS/TTL-compatible. ECL and PECL outputs are available. Frequency stability is ±100 ppm with stability of 20 ppm over all conditions.
