Designed for panel mounting, the SPHA150 RS-M-42W sounder is capable of delivering voice alert messages as well as multiple tones. The new audible signal device offers the flexibility required by such applications as security systems, medical equipment, and products with integral alarms. It allows engineers to utilize different types of messages.
In addition to voice commands, the device generates a wide variety of distinctive sounds or tones. The capability is critical in applications such as medical equipment, where different sounds from one device can signal specific malfunctions.
The unit utilizes a footprint that is well suited for both new product designs and simple retrofits for existing designs. Each unit is supplied with two lead wires 155-mm long, with connectors compatible with customer requirements. Pricing is approximately $4.58 each/1,000.
