With a frequency range of 70 to 125 MHz, the EC1700 and EC1800 series of plastic surface-mount oscillators is well-suited for high-frequency applications such as Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel. The EC1700 is a 5V device and the EC1800 is a 3.3V version for low-voltage applications. The devices offer an industry-standard footprint of 10.2 mm x 13.2 mm x 6.7 mm. Options include ±25-, ±50- or ±100-ppm stability, 0ºC to 70ºC or -40ºC to 85ºC operating temperature range and tight duty cycle. Tape-and-reel packaging is available in 1000-piece increments.
