The PI6C2509A and PI6C2510A PLL clock drivers supply precisely timed clock signals to the SRAM memory components to ensure reliable data transfers at speeds exceeding 100 MHz. Both devices meet the PC100 specification. The PI6C2509A has nine outputs and targets 64-MByte and 128-MByte registered DIMMs, and the PI6C2510A has 10 outputs for 256-MByte and 512-MByte registered DIMMs. Operating voltage is 3.3V.
