A new PLL module is said to deliver superior stability and design simplification in a 20 mm x 20 mm x 5.8 mm package. The M1320 module integrates a temperature compensated crystal oscillator, phase lock and frequency division circuit, and VCO. This module is suited for wireless LAN, Bluetooth, set-top box, repeator, mobile phone terminal and high-speed wireless applications. Stability is ±2.5 ppm over an operating temperature of –30°C to +85°C. Output frequency ranges from 600 MHz to 2.5 GHz. Supply voltage is 3.0V ±5%. Output power ranges from –12 dBm to 0 dbm.
