    Suitable for high-slot count measurement and automation applications, the PXI-1006 3U-sized chassis can house up to 18 PXI and/or CompactPCI modules. The chassis incorporates an 18-slot PXI backplane, removable 600W power supply, and three 130 cfm fans and features an advanced cooling design, extended star trigger bus, and an auto-sensing 10 MHz clock. The cooling design consists of airflow deflectors and venting, and remote on/off switching is possible via a DB-9 connector and a remote power inhibit and monitoring feature. Price is $4,475
