Debuting as the smallest quartz crystals available, the X series surface-mount crystals measure 2 mm x 2.5 mm with a 0.57-mm profile. They are available with a frequency range of 16 MHz to 60 MHz and frequency tolerance/stability rates as high as ±50 ppm and ±100 ppm. RoHS compliant and compatible with Pb-free reflow profiles, other features include a ruggedized construction for extreme vibration and shock applications, allowing fundamental-mode operation to 60 MHz, and an operating temperature range as high as 70ºC. Hermetically sealed in 4-pad ceramic packages, the crystals are delivered on tape and reel. Pricing starts at $1.15 each/1,000. MMD COMPONENTS, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. (877) 663-2667.
