With a low output capacitance between output terminals of 2 pF and low on-resistance of 9.8 ohms, NAiS Brand RF (radio frequency) C x R 20 type PhotoMOS relays have dimensions of 4.3 x 4.4 x 2.1 mm high. The AQY221N1S 4-pin, SOP-type relays have a turn-on switching speed of 0.04 ms and off-state leakage current of 10 pA with rated load voltage of 40V. Load current is 120 mA. Applications include high-precision test and measurement equipment, medical equipment, and multi-point recorders.
