Designed to protect circuits in high-temperature applications, such as automotive engine compartments, PolySwitch SMDH160 resettable fuse is a rugged 16V, 1.6A surface-mount device that provides reliable circuit protection over an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C . Maximum trip is 15 seconds at 8A. The device has a maximum interrupt current of 70A with hold currents of 1.6A at 20°C and 0.60A at 125°C. Trip current is 3.2A at 20°C and 1.20A at 125°C. The device puts a minimal load on the circuit with resistance ranging from 0.050 ohms to 0.150 ohms. Dimensions are 0.340" x 0.250" x 0.118".
