Residing in an ultra-miniature package measuring 4.5 mm x 3.7 mm with a height profile of 1.8 mm, the CS1211 tactile switch specifies an electrical life of 100,000 cycles with a rating of 50 mA at 50 Vdc. Dielectric strength is 250 Vrms minimum with an insulation resistance in excess of 100 MegaOhms minimum. Actuation force is 180 ± 50 gF with a travel of 0.25 mm ± 0.1mm and both operating and storage temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. The switch’s actuator and housing are made high temp 4/6 Nylon and the cover is stainless steel with silver-plated stainless steel contacts and silver-plated brass terminals.
