Rotary Position Sensors Measure Displacement To 120º

Aug. 17, 2010
RSE 1500 series rotary position sensors measure the position of quarter-turn valves, flue dampers, weir gates, dancer arm tensioners, and of other applications involving fractional-turn movements.

Providing an output proportional to shaft rotation over a range up to 120º, the RSE 1500 series rotary position sensors measure the position of quarter-turn valves, flue dampers, weir gates, dancer arm tensioners, and of other applications involving fractional-turn movements. The sensors can operate in 0° to 30°, 60°, 90°, or 120° rotation ranges and employ contactless inductive technology. This enables high accuracy, repeatability, and reliability. Other specs include a linearity error of less than 0.10% of full range output while operating over temperatures from -20ºC to +85ºC. MACRO SENSORS, Pennsauken, NJ. (856) 662-8000.
