Measuring just 7 mm x 20.4 mm x 15 mm, the G5T series slim power PCB relays are suitable for high-density applications. The relays can switch 5A at 250 Vac/30 Vdc, while delivering a minimum of 30,000 operations at rated load. They consume approximately 200 mW of nominal power. Impulse-withstand voltage between coil and contacts is 10 kV, and standard coil versions include 5, 12, and 24 Vdc. The G5T has a comparative tracking index of 250V and a contact resistance of 100 mO maximum with an insulation resistance of 1,000 MO minimum at 500 Vdc. Dielectric strength is 4 kVac, 50/60 Hz, for one minute between coil and contacts and 750 Vac, 50/60 Hz, for one minute between contacts of the same polarity. The G5T-1A DC12 relay costs $0.55 each/500. OMRON ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS LLC, Schaumburg, IL. (847) 882-2288.
