Designed for telecom and modem products and suited for ac/dc switching applications, the PS7342-1A 1 Form A molded device and the PS7142-1A single-molded package are solid-state relays said to set new standards for RON performance. Specifications for both devices include a breakdown voltage of 400V; continuous load current of 200 mA; and power dissipation of 560 mW.
