Minding a tight budget for general-purpose, industrial gaging applications without sacrificing performance, the GPA Series spring-loaded linear position sensors are available in a variety of ranges from ±1.25 mm to ±50 mm with a maximum linearity error of ±0.25% FRO.   Constructed of stainless steel, their front ends use a 1/2-20 UNF 2A thread on the housing. Connected to any standard LVDT signal conditioner, the ac-operated components provide a variety of analog or digital outputs. Electrical interface is via a three-foot long, 32AWG six-conductor Teflon-insulated and shielded cable. The entire package meets IEC standard IP-61. MACRO SENSORS, Pennsauken, NJ. (856) 662-8000.
