These components are designed to filter out the high-frequency content of digital signals and are commonly used in I/O ports and other high-frequency/high-speed applications. The standard LFA series networks in a low profile, 20-pin QSOP can replace 16 discrete components.
Each network has a resistance range of 10 to 10 K ohm and capacitance range of 10 to 220 pF. Resistance tolerances of ±5%, ±10% and ±20% are offered, with capacitance tolerances of ±10% and ±20%. The TCR is ±250 PPM/°C. Body style options include wide SOIC, QSOP, TSSOP and 0.6, 0.5 or 0.4 mm die packs.
