In 5 mm x 7 mm and 3.2 mm x 5 mm ceramic packages, the THA3 Series Stratum-III temperature compensated voltage controlled crystal oscillators (TCVCXOs) feature low jitter and current. They deliver CMOS outputs from 2.8V to 5.0V and are available in 10-MHz, 19.2-MHz, 19.44-MHz, 20-MHz, and 26-MHz versions. Other features include a stability of less than or equal to 0.28 ppm over temperature and 24-hour holdover of less than or equal to 0.37 ppm. Pricing is $15 each in OEM quantities.
