TCXO/TCVCXO Offer HCMOS/TTL Outputs

Feb. 1, 2000
The MTXL25 TCXO offers frequency stabilities of ±1.5 ppm over -20°C to 70°C, ±2.5 ppm over -30°C to 75°C, or ±5 ppm over -40°C to 85°C operating temperature ranges. Frequency adjustment is by means of an

The MTXL25 TCXO offers frequency stabilities of ±1.5 ppm over -20°C to 70°C, ±2.5 ppm over -30°C to 75°C, or ±5 ppm over -40°C to 85°C operating temperature ranges. Frequency adjustment is by means of an internal trimmer. Output is HCMOS/TTL compatible. The MTVXL25 has the same stability options as the MTXL25, but offers voltage tuning--it is called a TCVCXO. The devices come in a leadless SMT package measuring 9.60 x 11.40 x 2.50 mm. Frequencies range from 9.6 to 32 MHz in 3V and 5V versions.
