The new TCP thermal miniature circuit breaker provides overload protection in a pluggable package for electrical installations and devices. An integrated switching function immediately switches tripped circuits back on, as well as doubling as an on/off switch. The modular base terminal block and the pluggable circuit breaker make it possible to implement a variety of power distribution tasks ranging from 0.25A to 10A at either 250 Vac or 65 Vdc. A variable length screw bridge or push-in bridge can distribute the input voltage to a maximum of 10 circuits. An optional indication lamp is available on a screw clamp or spring cage terminal block for optically signaling a tripped circuit. Width of the unit is 8 mm. PHOENIX CONTACT INC., Harrisburg, PA.
