The latest high-power transient voltage-suppression (TVS) diodes from AVX Corp. offer faster response times and higher power capacity than previous versions
The latest high-power transient voltage-suppression (TVS) diodes from AVX Corp. offer faster response times and higher power capacity than previous versions. Along with the fast response time, the semiconductor-based devices feature excellent clamping capability, thus suiting them for applications in the industrial, telecom, and consumer markets. The diodes contain glass-passivated chips, which limits leakage and accelerates response times in 400, 600, and 1500 W for both bipolar and unipolar types. Samples are available upon request.
