With a profile measuring just 0.276'' x 0.276'' x 0.177'', the GW rocker switches are said to be the smallest such components available to date. The tiny rockers employ the companyÕs hi-rel STC contact mechanism that promises a crisp and positive actuation. The switches' detent mechanism consists of a coil spring, plunger and plastic detent, with a dust cover and closely fitting housing, actuator, and an interior pivot for protection of the contacts. The GW series rocker switches are available in single- and double-pole versions with a two-position on-on circuit and can be fitted with straight, right-angle or vertical-mount PC terminals. They are rated at 0.4 VA (max.) at 28V ac/dc. Contact resistance is 80 m½ and both mechanical and electrical life are rated at 50,000 operations (min.). NKK SWITCHES, Scottsdale, AZ. (480) 991-0942.
