Designed with PTFE coatings combined with close-tolerance O-ring seals, these ultra-slim waterproof trackerballs are for demanding applications such as industrial controls, medical and military systems. Even underwater operation is possible with an appropriate housing. A dust seal lets the trackerball be used in harsh environments and the force applied by the seal can be adjusted to suit operation. The under-panel depth is 20 mm maximum for the 25-mm ball version, and other available diameters are 38 or 62 mm. Balls are removable for ease of cleaning. Options include RS-232 and TTL data streams. The devices are compatible with most computers and protocols.
