Available in an industry-standard 0.5" x 0.5" SMD package, input voltage is 8V with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. Held at a minimum, pulling and pushing are 0.2 MHz and 0.2 MHz/V, respectively. Typical second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc. Target applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations. Pricing starts at $18.46 each in volume.
