The CVCO55CC-2400-2569 VCO operates from 2,400 MHz to 2,569 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 4.5V. Typical phase noise is -102 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset and output power is typically +4 dBm.
