The CVCO55CC-2400-2569 VCO operates from 2,400 MHz to 2,569 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 4.5V. Typical phase noise is -102 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset and output power is typically +4 dBm. Available in an industry-standard 0.5” x 0.5” SMD, the component accepts an input voltage of 5V and specifies a maximum current consumption of 35 mA.
