Output power is typically +2 dBm. Available in a standard 0.5” x 0.5” SMD package, input voltage is 5V with a maximum current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and Pushing are 1.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -25 dBc typical.
