With an eye on competitive, high-volume mobile handset and notebook/netbook markets, the 1/9-inch OV7675 VGA image sensor employs a unique 2.5-?m OmniPixel3-HS pixel design that allows for a low-light sensitivity of 1,800 mV/lux-sec. The sensor provides the full functionality of a complete VGA (640x480) camera and is capable of operating at 30 fps in full resolution with complete user control over image quality, formatting, and output-data transfers.
