The OSD240128S0371-27 is a super-twisted nematic (STN), negative mode, transmissive LCD module with integrated white LED backlight. Its Sitronix ST7529 controller is designed to operate with a 3.3-V power supply, and includes a build-in booster circuit for LCD contrast and supports an 8-bit parallel 6800 MPU interface. The chip-on-glass LCD module features a high-resolution 240- x 128-pixel 60-mm x 32-mm active area. Optical performance of this top-view display is enhanced with a wide 40/40/30/48-degree viewing cone, 4.38:1 contrast ratio, and RoHS-compliance to support a wide-variety of industrial and consumer applications.
