Reporting performance speeds up to 40 times faster, four additions to the 6000 series 100-MHz digital-storage (DSO) and mixed signal (MSO) oscilloscopes provide a real-time sampling rate of 2 Gsamples/s and are now capable of displaying critical events in complex waveforms. These additions also debut the first 4+16-channel MSO (MSO6014A) in the 100-MHz segment. The DSO6012A and DSO-6014A provide 2 and 2+16 channels, respectively, while the MSO6012A and MSO6014A deliver 2+16 and 4+16 channels, respectively. Prices range from $4,595 to $7,595 each.
