Handheld DMMs/Scopes Provide Cost-Effective Solutions

For cost-sensitive users, the U1250A series digital multimeters (DMMs) and U1600A series handheld oscilloscopes report performance qualities similar to higher-priced benchtop instruments. The U1250A DMMs provide a 4.5-digit resolution with a 50,000 count dual display full scale and a basic accuracy to 0.025%. They are capable of performing simultaneous measurements as well as validation or tolerance checks and marginal failure troubleshooting. In addition to standard DMM functions, the models offer automated data logging via an optional PC interface cable, 20-MHz frequency counter, temperature measurement, and a programmable square-wave generator. The 20-MHz U1602A and 40-MHz U1604A integrate a comprehensive set of oscilloscope functions, plus a 6,000-count DMM and data-logging functions.
