The gmZRX1 LCD monitor scaling chip is Digital Visual Interface (DVI) v1.0 compliant and includes an integrated TMDS receiver. The TMDS receiver allows direct connection to digital interfaces to produce highest quality images. The chip also provides a sharp text output along with superb quality graphics via its gmZ2 scaling architecture. Source resolution can be scaled to full screen XGA or SXGA. An integrated on-screen display module, on-chip gamma correction for improved color fidelity, flexible output timing to support a wide range of panels, and panel power management round out the attributes of this device. Applications include bundled and standalone LCD monitors and plasma displays.
