The PMH laser-diode module is specifically designed to address the need for high-speed beam modulation up to 100 MHz. The device is capable of 2-ns rise and fall times and exhibits a propagation delay of only 5 ns. Features include either a single-pass aspheric focusing or collimating lens. Standard elliptical beams and circular beams are also available. The module is active low TTL compatible and is capable of modulating 0 to 120 mA while supplying 0 to 200 mA of bias current.
