Targeting a wide range of display applications, the companyÕs U-shaped and curved miniature fluorescent lamps can be further customized to meet user requirements. The custom capability is said to be the result of a proprietary lamp-bending technology. The CCFLs come in diameters from 2 mm to 9 mm and in lengths from 25 mm to 850 mm. They deliver RGB white light to active matrix and TFT LCD displays. Other features include up to 30,000 hours of life at standard operating current, shock and vibration resistance to over 100g, variable brightness, and low power consumption.
