With accuracy levels high enough for lab use and with battery power for use in the field, Model 1529 Chub-E4 Thermometer Readout includes four channels for reading thermocouples, precision resistive thermometers (PRTs), or thermistors. The device reads all common PRT configurations, including 100 ohm and 25 ohm PRTs with two, three or four wires. PRTs may be read using the standard DIN curve, or individually calibrated probes may utilize ITS-90 coefficients for higher accuracy.
Thermocouples may be read using internal or external reference junction compensation. The graphical LCD displays the current temperature from all four inputs. The unit comes in three configurations. Price: $3,295.
