Support for virtually all xDSL line codes, including 2B1Q, CAP and DMT T1.413 Issue 2 with upgradeability to G.lite and T1.413 Issue 3, is offered by a family of multi-line code DSL chipsets. The G7000 family is said to guarantee low system cost and maximum flexibility and scalability for both central office and customer premise xDSL applications.The chips are based on the company's programmable BOPS DSP core. Power consumption is less than 0.5W in operation. Included within the family are various protocol interface functions that handle both packet and cell data structures for frame relay and ATM applications. The chipsets are available now. A design kit is also available.
