    The SKY13317-373LF, a pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) gallium arsenide (GaAs) integrated circuit (IC) SP3T switch for the 0.1 to 6.0 GHz band, offers low insertion loss and high isolation with a 44% reduction in size over the SKY13309-370LF.
