The CMXSTB series surface-mount stabistors are capable of functioning as very-low voltage Zener diodes. This feature makes the devices suitable for use in a range of voltage regulation, bias stabilizing, sensing, clipping, clamping, comparing, and meter-protection applications. The series consists of the 1.2V CMXSTB200, 1.8V CMXSTB300, and 2.5V CMXSTB400. They come in bulk or in lots of 3,000 pieces on 7" tape and reel.
