A low-cost family of precision system supervisor devices, MCP100/101 ICs with push-pull output and MCP120/130 chips with open drain output are functionally and pinout compatible with industry-standard devices. The family can monitor 3V, 3.3V and 5V systems and offers seven voltage trip points and an accuracy of ±125 mV for 5V systems and ±75 mV for 3V systems over temperature. Other features: guaranteed reset to 1V; 45 µA typical operating current; and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
