Windows CE.NET VoIP Software Eyes Smart Mobile Devices

Enabling next-generation Windows CE.NET based handheld devices with voice over packet (VoP) technology, HelloVoice VoP software is capable of running all the DSP software for voice processing on popular RISC microprocessors, i.e., MIPS, StrongARM, ARM, ARC. Device manufacturers would not need to add additional DSP hardware for supporting the software. And users of existing products could install the software on their handhelds without the need for any new peripherals. Targeted applications, available for licensing, include the: G.711, G.729A/B, G.723.1, G.726, G.727, G.728, LEC - G.165/G.168/G.168 2000 compliant, signal classification, caller ID, acoustic echo canceller, DTMF, VAD/CNG, jitter buffer, SIP, RTP, RTCP, and directory (phone book).
