The SKF CARE 33 actuator systems promise safe and reliable power-driven positioning of equipment found in a range of healthcare, ergonomic, and industrial applications. They are available in three basic models, CARE 33A, CARE 33M, and CARE 33H, and depending on type, the actuators can deliver stroke lengths ranging from 50 mm to 500 mm. Also depending on type, the systems handle dynamic loads ranging from 800N to 2,000N and achieve speeds ranging from 8 mm/s to 45 mm/s. Other features include: a floating gearbox that allows the load path to pass directly through a support bearing located in the rear attachment; power-saving; overload protection; transformer cutoff; infrared remote control; and adjustable limit switches. Different attachment options are available. SKF ACTUATION SYSTEMS, Bethlehem, PA. (800) 541-3624.
