The 34 Series of brushless dc motors is specifically designed for long life and maintenance-free operation of pumps and air-moving and medical devices. The motors are compact, robust, totally enclosed and dust-tight. Control electronics are potted for moisture resistance and are completely built within the motor housing, allowing two-wire hookup.The units provide high torque and continuous high output power-to-size ratio. They provide even higher levels of output power in intermittent-duty applications. Motor design features oversized bearings for high shaft load capability.Continuous power capability is up to 0.5 hp with a wide speed range of up to 5000 rpm. Standard operating voltage is from 12 vdc to 48 vdc. Motors are available with or without speed control. Sizes range from diameters of 3.5" to 4" with lengths from 1.7" to 3".
