Enclosure air filters have been developed to meet the cooling needs of electronic equipment containing motors and drives. With a thickness that is said to be as much as 75% smaller than standard thickness air filters, these low-profile products can be installed in limited space environs. And their edge-to-edge design provides additional ventilation capacity by trimming space-eating frame flanges. The dual EMI air filters, incorporating low-profile and edge-to-edge design features, meet the infiltration performance and flammability requirements of CE, Bellcore and UL. And they also meet MIL-STD-285 specs and are certified to deliver 30 dB minimum attenuation over a commercial frequency plane wave range of 10 kHz to 1GHz.
