In a compact package, the SilverPak 17T bipolar, 1.8° NEMA 17 step motor integrates a micro-stepping driver and intelligent controller, thereby eliminating the need for external equipment. Said to be affordable and exhibit smooth motion capabilities, the unit is available in body lengths of 2.76", 2.99", and 3.31". It is capable of producing up to 85 oz.-in. of holding torque depending on the stack size of the motor. Custom windings are available at no extra cost, and RoHS-compliant versions are available upon request. Other features include peak output currents of 0.1A to 1.5A, an input voltage range from 7 to 28 Vdc, 16 KB of memory, two digital limit switches, one general-purpose input and one open-collector output capable of delivering 100 mA.
