The company's AdvancedTCA node blades, the ATC5231 and ATC5232, are now offered with the recently released 64-bit low-voltage Intel Xeon processor. This CPU offers speeds up to 3.06 GHz and doubles the L2 cache size to 2 MB. The ATC5231 implements PICMG 3.1 Ethernet fabric for wireless access/edge, telecom fiber transport, media gateways, soft switches, and Internet IP-based applications. The ATC5232 implements PICMG 3.2 InfiniBand fabric to provide 10 Gb/s throughput for wireless access/edge, telecom fiber transport, media gateways, soft switches, and Internet IP-based applications. Both utilize a high I/O bandwidth Intel E7520 server-class chipset with 800-MHz front side bus and support up to 16 GB of memory. DIVERSIFIED TECHNOLOGY INC., Ridgeland, MS. (800) 443-2667.
