Green Hills Software's Probe V3 can download data at rates in excess of 10 Mbits/s with sustained JTAG TCK rates over 100 MHz. It has Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 interfaces. A Web-based Python scripting interface allows the creation of automation tools typically used in manufacturing environments. The probe currently supports ARM, MIPS and PowerPC processors.
